Shipping policy

Free shipment within US, expect PR, HI & AK. 

For product repair customer is responsible to ship it back to Ramblewood Denver service center. After repair if it's within warranty period Ramblewood will be responsible to ship it back to customer. 

Outside of warranty period customer is responsible for inbound & outbound shipping.
